I think that there is a terrorist attack or maybe they were just patroling around for any theif or criminal.They are dressed very well-mannered and they are wearing a blue uniform with clean black shoes and a police cap.I think that they are dressed that way because they are asked to so that people would know that the place is safe to be at.
